The word order remains the same, that is:

ACTOR-ACTION-RECEIVER

ACTOR-ACTION-BENEFICIARY-RECEIVER

ACTOR-ACTION-COMPLEMENT

Examples

ACTOR-ACTION-RECEIVER

               Active Voice

                              I am eating a pizza.

             Passive Voice

The pizza is being eaten by me.

ACTOR-ACTION-BENEFICIARY-RECEIVER

Active Voice

                        I will explain her concept.

               Passive Voice

The concept will be explained to her by me.

Note: In the passive voice, NORMALLY the actor is not mentioned.

ACTOR-ACTION-COMPLEMENT

Active Voice

She was playing poker with her friend.

               Passive Voice

Poker was being played by her with her friend.

Here, with her friend gives more information to the complement. That’s why it’s called the extension.

But the main point is, the basic word order remains the same.
