1. OUR TRAINING PRINCIPLES
2. INSTRUCTOR’S PROFILE
3. WHAT WE DO:
Our method
The training method revolves around the core concept of training people in the functional use of English. The participants of the workshop are encouraged to use the language in all possible situations they may come across. The interaction between the instructor and the participants is always in English. We use an interesting blend of role plays, debates, and presentations, apart from written and audio exercises as needed.
We design the courses to include typical organisational workaday settings using their simulated versions to sharpen the communication skills of the participants. The classes will normally have a maximum of ten people, though we recommend between six and eight as the optimum strength for effective learning.
Language Evaluation
As the necessary first step, the candidates are assessed to know where they stand in terms of their knowledge of English. This is matched with the language competence of the organisation, department, or group. Thereafter, in consultation with you, we devise a course to suit your needs and goals.
Customisation
Our programmes are adapted to the organisational needs and students’ learning goals in terms of both content and schedule. They are designed to cover typical work set-ups and include face to face and telephone conversations, and standard writing forms, such as emails, as required. We also include common phrases and technical vocabulary they come across during their work if needed.
Feedback
We appreciate that the organisation, investing in training, will need evidence of results to make informed decisions. Accordingly, we have a system of giving and taking feedback including:
- Pre-course assessment
- Periodic feedback
- End-of-course feedback

We offer training in specific skills for those who need to use their language for specific business needs so that they can employ the language skills in the business or work environment straightaway. The key professional development areas include:
